BIKINI COMP, THE NUTRITION: Now up on my blog (link is in the bio) I promised I would follow my prevoius blog post on #bikinicomp the exercise with a nutrition info break down. Just how the process worked for me and how I lost 4kilo of fat and maintained muscle. Having gained a lot of that fat back (12 to 13% body fat for comp and around 16% now) showing me where my body likes to sit comfortably, its weird even seeing comp bod. But looking back at my process makes me proud that I was my own coach and that I managed to achieve what i did. Looking forward to seeing how my body changes over time with more calories and a different exercise structure. How I can incorperate what I learnt about my body and my nutrition in prep, over the next few months whilst I try and gain some muscle.
